Not only have we done our share of weddings, parties, and special events, but we have performed at multiple concerts and venues all over Austin and Central Texas; our musicians have performed on the world stage with artists like Shawn Colvin, Leonard Cohen, and Turtle Island String Quartet. Sharing a vibrant passion and love of performing music in a way that is unbounded by style, the musicians of Strings Attached have extensive experience and training in jazz, classical, rock, and beyond. As Duke Ellington once said, “There are only two kinds of music: good and bad.” Strings Attached has been entertaining Austin audiences since 1999 with its wildly successful concert series in downtown Austin. For the past 9 years, their shows have been regularly broadcast live on KLBJ and KGSR and they’ve shared the stages with Ray Wylie Hubbard, Joe Ely, Eliza Gilkyson, Patrice Pike to name just a few. Along the way they produced tribute shows featuring the music of Led Zeppelin, James Taylor, Stevie Wonder, The Rolling Stones, Willie Nelson, Stevie Wonder and several huge Beatles tribute shows before audiences in the thousands.
