This Fall we had the pleasure of working with, Lauren Logan. She was the photographer at a wedding we did at Mercury Hall. Turned out, she was getting married in the fall, and she loved our band so much, she booked us for her reception, too. It was cool to see her friends at the wedding, considering we were the band at theirs. :) How fun! Our awesome Austin Wedding Band, The Strings Attached Dance Variety band, played an opening classy jazz music set for her BBQ dinner, and carried on through the night with some our favorites! It was such a cool venue, too. Everything was wide open. The stage was in the back of a porch-like pavillion. The guests were seated in front of us on the lawn, and all the private air streams were neat-o' , too! Finally, little did we know, Lauren was a closet "shabby sheek" wedding planner. (not really, but you would think that based on her very own designs she put together for her special day) I attached a picture slideshow of her awesome ideas in action.
