There really are so many places to chose from when it comes to the location of your Austin Texas Wedding. The Mansion at Judge's Hill is one place that has everything you need to make your special day nice and seamless. Just like the bond with your loved one! We had the pleasure of performing our "Attached at The Hip" package for this Saturday morning brunch wedding. What does this mean? It means what it says above. Look up! "From the first beat to last note, all the live music you need for your special event or wedding" It means we do it all from the wedding ceremony music, the cocktail hour dinner band, to the wedding reception cover band and sometimes even the rehearsal dinner music! We set up at 9 am in the courtyard to perform as a Cello and Violin Duo, with Will Taylor doubling up on Acoustic guitar for the song "Here Comes The Sun," by The Beatles. This was a pop song from our Pop Music on Strings Project. Our piano player, Dave Madden performed solo piano on the veranda for the cocktail hour. As the Strings Duo played the prelude song, "Here Comes The Sun," Dave Madden started to play it on piano up on the veranda. Talk about seamless!~ As everyone came up the grand staircase to the Veranda the piano serenade welcomed the guests into the dining hall where shortly following their entrance, our 5 piece jazz, blues and rock cover band 'rocked' the reception/brunch for the rest of the afternoon.
